Head of Training (HT)
With 11,000 flight hours (9,500 PIC, 3,500 as trainer) and credentials as TRI, TRE, STRE and Line Check captain, Jean-Luc brings extensive experience from Air Force leadership roles and airline management positions. As Head of Training since 2018, he specialises in implementing 100KSA and CBTA methodologies, integrating cognitive science and immersive learning tools into our pilot training curriculum.
